Worth buying if you're into looking after your health.

An interesting cookbook if you're into looking after your health. Informative sections at the beginning explaining the 3 nutritional keys to better health - blood sugar, fatty acid balance and nutrient density. Recipes I've tried so far are easy and tasty although there are a handful I wouldn't cook being pescatarian. There are some good really quick recipes and others that take a bit more time.
