A great cost effective alternative to the Eames orignals.
Overall there's little to distinguish these Ramesh replicas from their original counterparts except the 300.00 plus saving per chair. They look very stylish and are comfortable and extremely robust when assembled. The wooden chair legs are unfinished and might benefit from a protective wood wax or varnish. The only real criticism I have is the fixing kit. Some of the Allen key bolts had missed drilled heads or damaged threads and the black plastic finishing caps that cover the locknuts were or occasion poorly moulded and mid shape. All in all though these niggles are nominal for the price. We bought 2 sets.

This can make the difference between repairing or scrapping a car.
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought a 2003 xc90 d5 awd as a cheap family bus. The car suffered from a continual anti skid service warning light on the dash.
A diagnostic confirmed that the DEM which operates a pump to active the clutch for the awd to the rear wheels was not on the network and was faulty.
I sent it off for refurbishment on monday and it was back fully refurbed and repainted looking like a new part by wednesday.
I reinstalled it in 5 minutes and several weeks later its still perfect.
Volvo charge 1800 or so for a new haldex as opposed to this service costing 150 and coming with a lifetime warranty.
1800 on a 2003 car was not an option but this gave the car a whole new lease of life.
Highly recommended.

Audiophile bargain
2 of 2 found this helpful The lx71's big brother the lx91 retailed for almost £2000 making its £600 sibling which shares a lot of its design cues and some of its components something of a steal when it can now easily be purchased for under £100.
It may be slow to load and read discs and only profile 1.1 so Web and interactive features are off the menu in comparison to even the very cheapest modern bluray players but that's not why you buy this machine.
You buy it if you appreciate your av kit to be built without compromise and which looks slick in your av rack in comparison to most half size modern flimsy plastic boxes.
This machine is all about the quality of the image and sound.
The sound is weighty and dialogue and surround effects and lfe well judged.
The image quality is exemplary and is supplemented with something like 15 image adjustment parameters to fine tune the image.
This player generates inky dark blacks which really demonstrate it's worth on my 1080p dlp projectors 120" image.
It generates a very three dimensional image of exceptional sharpness and detail.
If image and sound quality matter most at a budget price try one of these machines.
If speed and Internet features matter don't.
These can be prone to firmware glitches where the player can become unresponsive.
Mine does this and you simply switch it on and off a few times til it clears itself
