Easy to use
It works fine on apps for TV but does not work on youtube. The TV may be the problem. Happy enough.

Re-write protected issue.
0 of 1 found this helpful I am extremely dissatisfied with this product. After several failed attempts to try and put music on it i found that this product is re-write protected meaning I am unable to put music on it. I sent it to an expert to get it sorted (at an additional cost) but he was unable to remove the re-write protection.
Why was i sent this product sent to me like this, it is useless to me?
Please explain the returns policy to me.
