One ten-day trip
Used the bag for the first time beginning of September on a ten-day motorbike trip into the French Alps. Temperatures were around 8-10 degrees lower than i have normally experienced
in this area with the usual cold nights still colder and more rain than i've seen before in The Alps.
BUT, this bag was great, roomy enough for my 5ft11" and 16 stone heft and plenty warm. It packs away nicely too into it's waterproof roll-top bag with air-valve. (this is a great feature for helping cram stuff into my bike's luggage because i always take too much).
Overall highly recommended.

About time
Having worked on motorbikes (my own, friends, acquaintances and customers) for years i've always managed certain jobs without having the 'correct' tool.
Upside-down fork servicing was one such job. Sometimes things came easy, others i was driven to sweaty, sweary shoutiness and near insanity when doing the job alone with my home-made, Heath Robinson mackle-ups.
Having an assistant would've made the job easy but i never seemed to have on to hand...until now.
This tool makes the job a total doddle and will add at least five years to my life-span i'm sure, and ward off further brain-damage.
It's not cheap, the one i got was a bargain compared to some mind, but it will prove worth every penny, already has in fact, the day i got it.

One of those tools...........
...that you wonder if you really need, for a long time in my case (as usual, i'm not well off).
Used it twice as soon as i got chance (Yamaha R1 and a Kawasaki ZX9R shocks) and it is brilliant.
I gave it a 'yes' for good value but it's not cheap, just effective and quick to use and i saved a fair bit on the list -price.
I recommend this tool, much more peace-of-mind and ease-of-use compared to the smaller
tools you can buy.
