Jack Reacher at his best
1 of 1 found this helpful I now have all of the Jack Reacher series from Lee Child and this one, his first, is probably my favorite except I was shocked at who he lost in his first adventure. So now all my Child books are in the same bay as my Cussler's.

Waste of my time and money.
3 of 6 found this helpful I agree with most other reviewers. Nothing new here. Dr. Hyman seems to expound (pun intended) we don't have to take all those extra suppliments. BUT when I took his invite to take the books quizes on his Website, the first monthly estimate of cost for his recommendations was about $400... So I feel his book is nothing more than a vehicle to transport him to the city of riches. I'm even more disappointed in Dr Oz for having him on his TV program. Save your money and time. Follow Weight Watchers advise. Eat less and move more. Preferably away from this book!
