Design fault with connection points
The conection ends are both male ( screw thread) and the hose is female (what the pipe screws into) but the shower head is a male the same as the extention pipe so they are unable to be connected.
Unable to obtain a connection sleeve or coupler to fit anywhere including national trade counters.

A lot of the cans were dented at the bot...
A lot of the cans were dented at the bottom, as if they had been dropped. When the cans were opened the pressure inside made the contents squirt out.
