"No matter how humble if it is well done it is nobel"
A longer shank would make the tool more versatile. It had a keen edge and was accurately made.

Lets wait and see
Modern production techniques make it much more difficult or impossible to repair this unit and that is part of the world today. The pump is low priced and makes no reference to the problems associated with ethanol fuels and there effect on some rubber compounds. Asking for a review just after I purchased and fitted the pump seems premature. Lets see if out lasts the old pump which is 60 years old and was still working.
