  When I received my item, the collectible box was dented and creased. The seller didn’t include any bubble wrap or packing paper in the shipping box. Not what I expect from a new item. I could have bought a used item of the same product cheaper from a different seller, but I wanted the item new, so I chose this seller. Definitely not pleased about it. When I buy something that is described as “new,” I expect it to be new when I receive it. No response from seller after 4 days.
