Fab for training at home if you cant get to the gym.
I absolutely loved this product. Such a great way to work out whilst at home, great to do when watching tv or just having a serious workout. Shoes need to be worn as bumps present on the plate. I have thoroughly enjoyed using it daily for two sessions at 30 mins each. Different methods of exercising on the machine. Videos on your tube used. Not too big that you can't store in a cupboard or hide away under a bed or sofa with legs. Worth every penny.
