Simply Amazing book

This book I would strongly recommend to anyone who has anxiety/ stress in their life. It is a book you need to be prepared to keep ,write in, slowly inwardly digest and revisit regularly. Gradually you will gain the confidence to take positive simple steps to rid your life of anxiety, over thinking and most importantly ‘Stop worrying’.
