Looks great, tricky to fit round bends.
2 of 2 found this helpful This heat wrap is great for tidying up your downpipes/headers, looks good once fitted neatly however its not the easiest to fit when going round bends because there is hardly any flex or elasticity so it can tend to leave slack sections even when pulled tightly, I read a guide that suggested it should be soaked first with water so i tried this with one of my pipes (and the other without) but it made no difference except it was incredibly messy with the wet one. It comes with plenty of clips to hold the ends in place but jubilee clips work better. There was enough to cover 2 single downpipes, probably about 5 or 6 feet once wrapped.

good quality and simple to fit.
It arrived well boxed up and protected, It has a good thick coat of paint which looks like it will protect it well from the elements, time will tell.
The bumper does not need to be removed to install this, The only thing I would remove is the plastic trim which clips into the lower section of the bumper, This can be a little tight to pop out but it will give you much more room and you will be able to see what you are doing properly and also you will have better access to tighten some of the nuts/bolts up. Also if your XC90 has rear parking sensors removing the trim will also help you to get the tow bar in position as there is a plastic section on the bumper that holds the wiring harness for the parking sensors, this is a pretty snug fit and you will need to gently ease this piece back as you bolt the towbar up onto the chassis. you will need to trim a small section of the bumper with a jigsaw or similar, but only the size of a playing car and it is right underneath so if you ever had to remove it you wouldn't see the piece you've cut out.
the bracket that holds the towing socket is made from good quality strong steel, not the flimsy normal socket brackets you find, it also has a cut out to allow you to fit a pre-wired socket.
all in all I would say this is a decent quality unit and not too tricky to fit for anyone with a bit of mechanical knowledge, All the nuts and bolts are supplied.

powerful and bright but place it carefully
1 of 1 found this helpful Didn't expect much for the money however this little light unit is surprisingly powerful and can light up a complete room, there are lots of different settings to play around with, the only thing i would say is place it carefully so that people are not able to look directly into the laser beam itself, it has a very wide scope (about 170 degrees) so ideally hide it behind something and have it shining up on the ceiling etc because the light is very bright and can be nauseating if you can see the lens.
