  Due for delivery 3rd to 4th. Not posted until 3rd. Failed to inform me of tracking number. Royal Mail left in so called safe place, without prior arrangement, on 6th by which time I was not at home. Parcel left at front of house with no one home. I lost case and the money.

  i posted on the 2nd january every thing was closed before then as of xmas, royal mail delivered the item and took a photo out side your house so as of that the tracking said delivered. If it was not there when u got back i can not do anything about that I did ask going to see if any neighbours have door bell camera to see who picked up your parcel.
