Something Wrong used empty cartridge shipped in what looked to be a sealed box.
4 of 4 found this helpful Received a 127xl looked to be a factory sealed box. I opened it and found a cartridge in a sandwich bag. Needing to print some documents I took it out to find no typical factory yellow pull off tab seal. Placed it in my printer and its empty. So I must of got a deceptive return? It was after the return time so I'm waiting to hear if I get a credit or replacement cartridge. Might have to stick with a office supply or big box store for cartridges?.
