McDougalls Sponge Mix - 1x3.5kg

Not impressed.
tI made a batch of Cupcakes with the flour and the texture of the sponge was dry. They rose unevenly that made the decorating hard to do and unattractive. I bake all the time and use ordinary flour and I don't usually have the problems I have had with this flour.

Lightweight and useful for make-up items.
Just have to be careful when moving it that it doesn't fall apart where the joins are.
