Very good
This is a very good, easy to follow cookbook. The ingredients are readily obtainable, and the recipes are simple to prepare. I bought as a gift for a friend who no longer eats meat, and I'm sure she'll love it.

One of the best!
I already own this book, I sought it out as a gift for someone. I am German, and I find the recipes to be very authentic. The recipes are listed by the German and English names, and the measurements are all in U.S. measurements. This is really a great cookbook!
