solid able to use with a lot of weight.
ive used powertec stuff before and was looking for something to put in a bedroom and use with heavy weights. this is it. took about 1 hour to put together with clear instructions. so easy to bench press with and safe as weight cannot come down on you so no need for a spotter for those extra heavy lifts. purchased lat tower for it as well. bench moves back to save space when not in use. quick tip. when assembling the bench use a ptfe spray lube on the hinge. then tighten up the bolts,check tighten after each movement. then way the whole bench will be solid and never move under load. top quality.
