Lovely Advent Calendar to sew

A lovely fabric advent calendar, the colours are good and I love the gold edges. It is a good size with a nice size of pocket ... not too big so a small item would get lost, and not too small that you can't put anything in it! There are printed instructions on the fabric or you can look up full instructions on line.

perfect book for any Penelope Pitstop fans :-)

I bought this book for my daughter for a fun birthday present - and I just had to read it myself first! It's the perfect book for any Penelope Pitstop fans - it's set out like a magazine, so you can just pick it up and flick through it - whenever the mood takes you. I like the fact that there are other Hanna-Barbera characters in the book, The Flintstones for example as well as other characters from the Wacky Races. I feel that I've learnt a lot more about Wilma and Betty. I would not say that this is a children's book though, certainly not a young child who would not be able to appreciate it, I love it and I'm in my 40s!! I would say that this book compares very well to other similar books. The only thing I was a bit surprised about was the size - I had imagined it to be magazine (A4) size, but it's smaller - approx A5 size.

Brilliant

I wish I'd known about these before... I'm really pleased. It covers the base of my bed perfectly and looks so much better than the frilly cotton valance I had before. I did read reviews before buying and did buy the deeper one which fits my base perfectly. It was easy to put on and I can still access the drawers.
