    Packaging could have been a bit more robust as two of the legs broke off in transit and had to be replaced. Remote works but is not the same remote pictured on ebay, so that was a disappointment. Would be happy to return it in exchange for the pictured remote.

    I chuckled when the part arrived in an old popcorn box, I laughed out loud when the part inside was protected by an old bread bag. Not conventional (or even nominally good) packaging, but hey the part arrived in good shape so re-use, re-purpose and rock on.

    Thankfully, eBay came through with the return, but unfortunate that I had to spend time dealing with the seller & time having to return the item. Seller looks to be relisting this same item. Be careful...seller is literally doing a "Bait-and-switch" (lookup the definition, if needed) where he shows you a picture of a clean RTI T2X & then sends you a VERY dirty RTI T2X...like disgusting, wash your hands twice ("Master Bed" on back, hair, grime all over & grime in button crevices...gross). Beware

    Beware this buyer; he is a nutcase germaphobe! Unit not dirty; item has been resold, and new purchaser is very pleased with it. Previous owner had marked unit for use in "Master Bedroom"...DUH! Sell to this person at your own risk; you have been warned!!!
