Take note!
To fix this you, are assumed to be starting left to right with small overlaps allowed for. I was fixing right to left, so am left with some small white dots exposed where the overlap should be, but they are so small as not to be a major problem. My other mistake was using Unibond to stick it down to plywood! If I were to do it again I would try wallpaper adhesive, much more forgiving - otherwise very pleased with end result.

Excellent quality
Excellent quality. Although advertised as suitable for 12v, a lower voltage would be better to prolong the life of the bulbs & give more realistic level of light. The actual connections of the lamps to the printed circuit board is a little fiddly because the wires as very fine - I had to solder mine upside-down beneath the layout!
Overall though a first class product.

Smooth and almost silent operation
Smooth and almost silent operation, works well at slow speed. Purchased to power a 009 3D printed locomotive body.
