  this is what the listing said: Men's Slip on Shoes 11.5M Black "New/Never Worn" Merrells. I believed the listing, but buried far down was the statement that they were not Merrells, but similar. I live in Ecuador and to return them would be more than i paid, so I chose not to pursue my refund request. They are the most uncomfortable shoes I have probably ever purchased. I gave them to a passing buy older gentleman who looked like he could use them. I would never ever even look at a listing by him

  These shoes were advertised as New In Box. Seller withheld the box and gave me the runaround about it being "too heavy" to include the box, told me she was only sending me the shoes. She then relisted the empty box and I had to purchase it separately to even get it. I had to call eBay and get them involved. It was a very frustrating purchase as I had to make two separate purchases to get everything the listing promised. Buyers beware.
