Texecom Ricochet Shock Sensor
In my opinion as a experienced alarm engineer Texecom products are the best and definitely worth the money. I got several of these shock sensors to put on my 1st floor windows as I have scaffolding set up around my property for building works.
Knowing what opportunists are like I thought I would cover myself and get some early detection in case someone decides to climb up to gain entry. Out the box they were easy to set up and install. A gel sticky pad to secure to the centre of the frame and if you need to a few screws. A few taps on the button on the front to set the sensitivity and all done. Testing is done by hitting the glass and frame till the red light activates. Adjust the sensitivity up or down by tapping on the button but that's it. Easy peasy and very discreet. This style is also available for door contacts and I'm sure you will be as impresses as I am.

Get what you pay for.
2 of 2 found this helpful I bought this as a cheap alternative to my wera set as the holder isn't holding my bits anymore.
For light use they will work a treat but I could tell from the moment I opened up the case they were not going to be as robust as anything made by wera or any other German made screwdriver set. The holding mechanism is good but the holder feels big bulky and weird to hold. The screwdriver tips seem ok but from experience can see myself twisting the flat blade bits into submission after a while and wearing down the phillips heads. But you get what you pay for so I'm not suprised.

Does the job A***
Has destroyed the brambles and ivy invading my fence. Made it a bit more potent to do so but has done the job. Use it with a pressure sprayer for better coverage.
