Meh.
It's a very light tint, equal to that of a drop-down sun shield. In my short experience it is worse than other Pinlock inserts when it comes to dealing with artificial light sources, to the point I have to stop and check from the diffused light glare from headlights, at times. This could be due to the curve of the visor being greater than other makes.

Worth it?
Pants of the seat impression is that they bite better, but I had my lever set too soft on the stock pads...

Decent
Pads supplied were very basic and hard to align with rim. I would recommend aftermarket pads with more meat, for optimal performance. Half the price of Shimano, so can't fault it really.
