Relief from trapped nerve pain, with no drowsiness.
The most effective remedy I've found for trapped nerve pain. Relatively expensive in the UK -because it's an American product, and difficult to source here - but it really works, and quickly too, unlike most pain relief gels, and with none of the sedative side effects of the various oral meds for neuropathic pain. Means I can continue driving & working safely, without a foggy head.

A neck pillow that lives up to it's promise.
1 of 1 found this helpful Why I bought the pillow:
I have cervical spondylosis, which, when it flares, results in neck pain, neck muscle spasm, severe headaches – and when the disc impinges on the nerve, arm pain and numbness and tingling in my hand.
I’ve bought endless different pillows over the years, and given away the majority after a few nights of trying and finding symptoms got worse.
I bought the Arc4Life pillow after a month of neck pain and continuous headaches which were at their peak in the morning, started to improve by bedtime, then escalated again in bed.
I was impressed by reviews from professionals and customers alike, but was initially put off by the price including postage and tax to the uk. Then my partner asked me what price I would pay for a chance to be headache free – that and wondering how much I’d spent on discarded pillows over the years… I needed no more persuasion.
The pillow:
…is weird, but wonderful for me.
Within 2 to 3 days of using it, my headache had gone, and I’ve been headache-free for several weeks now. I can’t quite believe it, since none of the other neck pillows I’ve tried ever did as promised.
The traction side is an odd thing to lie on at first, I can really feel the stretch and it was a little uncomfortable initially – and my neck muscles still sometimes ache in the morning... but it’s an entirely different type of ache. It’s not the deadening, sickening pain of constant muscle spasm, it’s the sort of ache you get when you’ve been exercising and doing gentle stretches – feels nice to me, because my neck has always felt like it’s abnormally contracted due to the muscle spasms.
The advice leaflet with the pillow suggest you should start with only a short period lying on the traction side until you get used to it. That’s good advice, because it does take a bit of getting used to. In fact, several weeks in and I still don’t lie that way all night. The sides of the pillow are the perfect height and give a great level of support for lying on your side, and though I start off on the traction section, I usually wake up lying on my side.
Most importantly I have remained headache and neck-pain free. I am very happy indeed.
