Stout, very functional but...
Very will built and strong. Two comments for potential user. 1. It is very heavily handle weighted. This limits it some for chopping brush, etc. It also makes it want to slither out of the sheath and make the sheath go off at weird angles on the belt instead of consistently hanging point down to the ground. 2. The sheath is barely passable, as are most of the ilk. It seems unlikely to hold up to either extended or heavy use. I carry such a knife for digging with my work. My workaround has been to have a thick leather sheath custom made that will last for years. That may cost as much as the knife, but prevents the sheath going to pieces in the field.

1 of 1 found this helpful Have a DJI backpack for my Phantom 4. Works OK, but not going to last the way I have to haul it around doing what I do. Also not the protection level I need. I haul the drone around farm fields, etc. The backpack is hard to open in my vehicles and slows down assembly. It sort of opens flat like a clam shell so takes up a whole seat to open. Often I have my vehicle so full the only place to open is mud, dust or gravel on the ground. The Case Club takes half as much real estate to open. I've done probably 50 flights and the backpack is starting to wear. It is well built, but the nature of what I do is rough and tumble. The Case Club looks like it will last forever, and best of all, flight prep time will likely go in half. What's more the backpack only has room for two batteries and the necessary accessories. Case club has tons more workable room. The level of protection is so good that it is hard to imagine anything better. I'm totally satisfied. Good design, good solution.
