After my due date had come and gone I checked the tracking and it said my order was waiting to be collected from my local collection centre, unfortunately, no details on the courier had been left. I contacted the supplier and heard nothing, contacted again, nothing so I asked ebay to step in who refunded me within 30 mins. The seller eventually replied the next day saying the item had been lost in transit even though the tracking said different. Poor company, poor communication poor excuses
