Great trip back
Here come the Nice has always been one of my favorite songs from this British band. There is so much more to their work than their only American 'hit' Itchikoo Park. "The Nice" has a controversial history, Steve Marriott dismissed the subject matter saying at different times the song was about his spiritual involvement, while the lyrics have a direct drug reference. It's great music regardless

Same theme new setting
3 of 3 found this helpful This movie was a variation on the Women in Prison theme. That had been pretty much worn out by 1974, so it is the same idea, women enslaved, friction, nudity conflict. Kind of like a modern day reality show, only the movie was not as scripted. Pam Grier, Rosalba Neri always nice to look at.

Fun for Castle fans
2 of 2 found this helpful William Castle made moveis likenoone since. Showmanship was his thing, for an homage to him, find John Goodman in Matinee. Sardonicus wasn't William Castle's best, is slow moving and talky. It does have the trademark gimmick of the Punishment Poll. A better example of Castle's work Is Homicidal or the original House on Haunted Hill. High production values were not a staple, but a sense of humor always was.
