Beware this is a French model, consideraby different from UK model.
3 of 3 found this helpful This is a French version of the UE32J5100 tv and, as such, does not receive Freeview HD channels or Teletext. I have been advised by Samsung that the UK version does receive these without needing any additional connected device. With this French version you will need to purchase a Freeview HD set top box and connect via an HDMI cable. Also, the channel numbers bear no resemblance to Freeview channel numbers. Although these can be changed, it is a long, laborious process and would have to be done after every retune to pick up new channels. As a tv it has a good picture on the basic Freeview channels that are available but, for not much more than the price here you can buy the UK version from major retailers which include all the HD channels and Teletext without needing to buy a separate set top box.
