Tiny internal wires break shortly after normal use
I've replace this extension cable several times in one year. The third cable failing after only 2 days of use.
Frustrated, I decided to cut into the cable that failed. I wanted to see the "quality" of this cable for myself.
To my shock and disgust, it was 89% insulation, 3% white powdery dust, and the rest was two tiny insulated wires.
Each wire containing only 12 tiny strands of copper as fine as hair. (No wonder they failed after bending some)
I've handled a few wires over the years, but as a product marketed towards daily use, (and likely handled by children) this is by far the CHEAPEST MADE EXTENSION CORD I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED.
Will not buy from GGG in the future.

If it were complete ESD, i might recommend in a pinch
Mat comes with no setup to correctly attach to ground, so not a full anti-static setup. Discolored easily and not really that easy to wipe clean.
