  Arrived 4 days before predicted arrival time, came beautifully packed and is in very nice condition. One buffer was missing (not mentioned in listing, but I had spares so this was no great issue, especially for the price). There was also a set of etched nameplates in the box which was a lovely extra. Overall very happy and a highly recommended seller!

  As described and pictured, arrived on schedule. Unfortunately, the 2 intact plaster tunnel mouths and the abuttment walls were in pieces. Fortunately, I like jigsaw puzzles and all, bar the shortsided, broken one, are whole again and would pass all bar the closest inspections. More individual bubble wrap and stiff cardboard backing may prevent future mishaps although the Royal Mail can defeat all but the toughest packaging on their day.

  The owner was kind and gracious. We met he helped me load the trailer onto my tow bar and all in all he was a very pleasant person. The trailer is good as described and very soundly made.

  Item failed to arrive in one piece due to poor packaging ! Roof ridge strip & chimney both off model when unpacked. Yes, I'll reglue them on, but I shouldn't have to ! Have given 5☆ for quality of model & price , but 1/5 if I could have given it for a less than robust parcel !
