I have sold hundreds of Dad's models and this is the first complaint ive received in over 14 years. There is always a "duty of care" taken when I package model kits and my feedback bears this out. However, I will review this procedure for future transactions and will contact you to discuss a solution to this issue.

Heller 1/125 Concorde - Raised panel lines? Really?!
Flimsy box and raised panel lines are the main reasons I have only given three stars. It’s unacceptable that in the 21st century scale model kit manufacturers are still pumping out products that are not an accurate representation of the full scale aircraft. Re-scribing panel lines is daunting and time consuming for even the most experienced modeller . Profit rules, it seems. And then there is the issue of why most aircraft model kits don’t come with stands or pilots!
Anyway, a disappointing purchase which I will probably dump in favour of the Revell 1/144 Concorde that dose have recessed panel lines.
