Exactly what it claims to be
Its not a smart phone, it doesn't have the latest features, its not the lightest or the smallest - it doesn't claim to be. Its a phone, it makes phone calls, it has all the basic features and you can drop it from a couple of meters into a puddle/sink/toilet/pint and wash it afterwards/between times - which is exactly what it claims it can do. So if you want a good rugged phone that can take a pretty impressive amount of mistreatment and still make phone calls - then this is your phone.I work in heavy industry and it has survived a record time in my care.
So basically if you want a phone that can take abuse this fits the bill nicely.
