A blast from the past
I was a little disappointed content is more like 80’s 90’s style of table dressing. But, there is some small ideas you can change to make it more up to date. Here’s hoping a more up to date book will get made to compliment her true style nowadays.

From Cancer To Wellness
A very Informative book, although it’s all American products so searching for English equivalents is rather hard. But if you can get past that it’s an in-depth read.
