    I received the wrong teapot so I contacted the seller. He was absolutely lovely and said he would send my original order out straight away. He then said to keep the first teapot at no extra cost. That is incredibly kind. Such good service indeed. The teapot was wrapped so well, as described and the delivery was quick. The condition was immaculate too. I would highly recommend this seller. He kept me informed along the way as well. This seller takes pride in his business and it shows.
