  This Dresden Figurine is beautiful but when I received it, it was broken into alot of pieces. I notified the seller and she replied back several times. She was very gracious and said she would give me a refund which she did. I feel like the postal service needs to be more careful when handling items that say fragile, which she had indicated on the box twice. She still gets a 5 point rating from me.
