The business!
1 of 1 found this helpful If you need a well made, useful paper address book, this is the chap. The elastic band keeps it shut when it's closed so it travels well. There's a pocket to take cards and odd notes, and plenty of space to organise your addresses. Best I've found, well worth the price.

Great scissors
Perfect for precise cutting, especially for those of us that can't get on with the nasty rotary cutter. Although they're heavy they're well balanced and the weight doesn't actually matter as you slide them across the table, hurrah!

Interesting, readable and useful
This is an accessible description of the microbiome and some ideas about how you might improve your diet to feel better and be healthier. Whilst the dietary advice is, I'm sure, equally applicable to people on the autistic spectrum, I'd be surprised if the suggested changes will address the condition itself, a point that isn't made clear and if the author really intends to suggest that ASD is actually a condition caused by a defective microbiome then he hasn't presented enough evidence to support that. But, still, its a useful book.
