Trail & gravel friendly
If you wear SPD shoes for MTB these are perfect ..ability to use SPD on gravel/uphill but swap turn over pedal & use the dished flat/serrated edge of pedal for the forest switch backs & downhill stretches when wet..
Ability to drag foot/unclip when higher ambition overcomes actual ability ....other types like newer 800 have pins in ..beartrap pedals can make a mess of your shins if you don't wear leg armour !

500ml value sealant
This sealant (milk) will repair very small holes.
Thorns etc ...as for nails or glass if the sidewall or tyre is split then it will not ! .
Similar to car tyre repair systems.
Tyre will need (topping up )as the solution does harden naturally ,every few months .
You can put into Schrader tubes direct as you can remove those with tool provided.
But specialist presta valves are necessary to use the solution.
Have used this make of sealant for a while now & found it very effective in reducing punctures.
Not had to walk home so far !
Keep an eye on pressures as if you get a puncture you might not even realise .
Although fitting tyres & using sealant can be a messy affair this product seems to flow easier than most as it does not use any micro-fibres in the mix .
For a cost /benefit point of view this 500ml bottle is a bargain ..
