Style & Accuracy
I always wanted a skeleton clock and of course the London Clock Co. are renowned as fine clock makers, so when this item became available I had no hesitation in buying it.
It wasn't cheap BUT it was less than most and I have to say I am thoroughly delighted with this particular timepiece; absolutely brilliant.
This clock is very stylish and modern looking; silver mechanism within a satin chrome arched case. The roman numerals also make it very classical in its design AND a bonus, as it chimes on the hour, every hour. Another BONUS, it just dings the bell once .... very discrete and NOT annoying like many chiming clocks - well THOUGHT out!
Naturally a clock is required to keep GOOD time and this is as good as any Seiko or otherwise digital clock - I'm no expert at all, but it does keep very good time; I only had to adjust it for the change to BST.
Maybe a little more than I wanteed to spend BUT I reckon I got a tremendous bargain in as much as this clock just looks so very stylish and a focal point, not to mention a talking point, in our lounge on top of the window shelf.
