Good product - no information

What you need to know is that the Smart Alarm has to come apart to fit the battery replacement, which is a simple plug in, but the screws to open the case of the alarm box are hidden under the 4 rubber feet. Peel them off and 4 small cross head screws release the lid. Stick them back on and power up. Expect a notification to say the battery has failed - it just needs time to charge above the low voltage limit. Hopefully the larger capacity battery pack is good for the 5 years promised.

Slight surprise

When the product arrived (1 no long lead effect trough and 2 rectangular troughs all shrink wrapped together) I went to pick them up expecting some decent weight like the trough they were to replace which was a fibre-glass version of the same description, but had delaminated from age - but the package was very light probably less than half or less than what I expected. I have not fully unwrapped them as they are a Christmas present but they seem rigid enough but the spring will tell when filled with compost and plants. They have good feet and drainage holes. As to how they are when my wife see's them I will have to reserve judgement
