I sent pictures of my bad part including the part label and they confirmed their part was an exact replacement. Part was extremely well packaged, in a static proof bag, wrapped in foam and bubble wrap with the box being well taped. Much better packaging than I've received from many vendors. Installed and 28 year old server started right up, was able to recover legacy code and data.

It was packed so tight with foam wrapping that it would have taken darn near a nuclear explosion for it to get damaged in any way. I really appreciated the care that took in shipping my item to me.
