Wonderfully smooth and workable.

I'm very happy with this product. I bought it because I found out it was vegan (struggling to find plastacine-like clay that is vegan) and want to make a claymation using it. It's wonderfully smooth, with a little working in the hands it softens well, it'll work well on an armature as it is fairly flexible without cracking or breaking, and easy to smooth over if it does. I bought a big block of white and I found that you can make your own colours by splitting off what you need and mixing it with natural earth pigment mixed with walnut oil, this blends in very well but for more vivid colours you'll need a lot of pigment, and be sure to blend the pigment and oil well before mixing with the clay. I was overjoyed to find out that I could do this as it means that there's so much I'll be able to do with it! So, yes. I'm very happy.
