    Item wasn't dispatched in advertised time, so I contacted seller who said they would dispatch when they got home that day. About an hour later I got a email saying I'd been given a refund but had no further communication. When I messaged the seller they said they'd issued the refund as they wouldn't be home. Really poor quality communication, but at least I got the money back.
