Gives More Expensive Brands A Run For Their Money
2 of 2 found this helpful I bought this Rimmel Extra Super Lash as I wanted a brownish black rather than jet black mascara, and I wanted one that wasn't waterproof, even though I usually prefer that they are. What is surprising is how good this is for the price. The quality exceeds mascaras of three or four times the price. It won't flatten down your eyelashes when you use a curler beforehand (many do), and it's stable enough to wear in the rain, in the gym and when replacing your contact lenses - without smudging! One tip is to let it dry on the brush for a minute or two before you put it on as it can go on a bit heavy. Definitely worth buying again.

Okay, But Too Pale
I bought this as a possible replacement for my usual brand (Corn Silk Satin Translucent Loose Powder), as this is going through one of those "impossible to find" moments.
Every other face powder I've tried seems heavy, dense, highly visible and cloying. Especially, those that include some kind of oil or emollient. Coty Airspun is better than most, but it is very pale (I am medium/olive skinned) and it does feel a bit talcum powder heavy. I look very pale with this on, though it might be good for Goths or the very fair skinned. I will keep it as an emergency go-too, but thankfully, I have found another pot of my Corn Silk favourite (that has no talc in it, either).
It is good value and you get a lot for your buck, so for paler ladies this is a good deal.
