good design, well made and easy to use
written instructions would be nice but the diagrams make sense when you take time to study them.
simplifies installation and adjustment of brake shoes - consistent results every time with a bit of toe-in.
perfect!
easier still if you use a ratcheting cable puller as the pictorial instructions suggest
