I had to chase items as were not sent as indicated as the expected delivery time as advertised. Despite contacting the seller by email, twice, they did not reply at all. However i feel my first email, 7 days later from my purchase, appeared to trigger the seller to dispatch my items as i could see the update on my purchase and i finally received them. Not the best service but im happy with the product.

Well designed and great looking key hook. Annoyingly it arrived not in a box, but in a padded jiffy bag with the hooks screwed in, so they were bent! One in particular had been crushed into the wood, leaving a visible dent when the hook was pulled out and straightened up. Seller was understanding and gave a discount back. Next time, send it without the hooks in, or pack it in a box! But love it, looks great.
