Too many software issues
Absolutely beautiful phone with fantastic battery life and fast charging. Unfortunately the software issues are too much! After a week of owning this phone I had an unresposive screen and had to hard reset, this then happened on a weeky basis. I have had the phone a month and now i'm returning as the phone is nolonger usable, constant pop ups saying google play services has stopped working, chrome has stopped working, ebay has stopped working etc etc etc. This is every half second so all I can do is press OK constanly.
After speaking to Samsung, I was taken through many trouble shooting attempts, untill the lady gave up. I was told I would have to book a remote technician to look at the phone remotely but it will be a few days due to the high demand. This is aparently common!
After googling I see that Samsung phones are a nightmare for software problems, therefore this is my first and last samsung device!
