    Ordered Brand New Limited Edition PS5 Controller - Collectable item - Received it in Opened and Damaged Box (despite sufficient packing and good outer box), controller it self USED! Seller does not respond to messages, only after 3 days and 4 messages. So I've returned the item, but then was not refunded within 3 days deadline so had to open the case, and at the end eBay had to refund me as again no response from seller.
