  Well, from the picture and video it's almost impossible to understand that this bookmark is just like a paper. I thought it would be something firm or stronger than paper. Anyway, may be my bad! The packaging was nice though and delivery was on time.

  I am sorry that you were disappointed with the bookmark, it is 400gsm paper clearly marked in the description and is a heavy paper/light card. I have sold many bookmarks and have many positive reviews and so I am sad to see my first negative one
