  I purchased 6 of these different. However on receipt, the 1st one was broken. The second one was chipped. The 3rd 4th 5th also the 6th, missing mouse, missing feet, missing half a trunk, part of its tail missing. The pictures were clearly old, there were no missing broken damaged parts in the parcel. Seller denied this even with immediate pictures and of the packaging and box. Seller will not give me her address to be returned for a full refund amounting to just over 50 pounds. Big red flag!
