Worked eventually
Good in that the product works for its intended purpose. Although my dog doesn't react to the sound, she reacts to the vibration and it does discourage her from barking. So cant fault the product on that front.
However, the batteries provided with the product are pants. The installed set ran out within days and the additional pair didn't work leaving me questioning if the product had broken. It doesn't always go off on the first bark and can be set off by the dog shaking, which is not the intention.
