  poorly packed insufficient padding (ie none) seller argued that binocular hard case and small thin cat food box was sufficient... subsequently the binoculars were damaged (knocked out of optical alignment) requiring repair various other issues with the binoculars that also needed repair inc very stiff focus which seller really should have noticed!, also loose dioptre and centre hinge, binocular strap rotten so broke easily, offered a return but opted to repair instead, not happy about it though
